Kadokawa has officially announced a new Date A Live anime project, exciting fans worldwide as the franchise continues to thrive over a decade after its debut. Alongside the announcement, the team released a brand-new teaser visual for the upcoming installment:

To commemorate the 12th anniversary of the Date A Live series, Kadokawa also revealed a celebratory key visual featuring the cast in seasonal summer outfits:

Additionally, two major anniversary events have been announced:
Volks Akihabara Hobby Paradise 2 (6th Floor) will host a Date A Live exhibit from April 24 to May 11, 2025.
A special collaboration event with Don Quijote stores is also planned, with exclusive merchandise and limited-time experiences.

📚 Origins: Date A Live Light Novels by Koushi Tachibana
Author Koushi Tachibana began the original light novel series in March 2011, featuring illustrations by Tsunako. The series concluded with its 22nd volume in March 2020, published under Kadokawa’s Fantasia Bunko imprint.
Yen Press is currently publishing the English version of the novels.
